- turn on current
- wait Time
- turn off current
- test the reed switch
Article no | Test | Before | Current [A] | Time [s] | After | Notes |
---|---|---|---|---|---|---|

3 | FCC | OK | 5 | 600 | NOK | heat generated, sleeve swelling observed after 1 min, case melts, smoke appears after 3 min, hole appears in case and sleeve after 4 min, constant smoke after 5 min. After test the reed is shorted (doesn't disconnect on magnetic field) |
2. Flash current capability (FCC)
Procedure:
- test the reed switch
- turn on current
